One-On-One & Team Coaching
The field of collaborative systems change is rapidly developing and evolving. The integration of collaborative leadership, systems and complexity, and centering equity and diverse ways of knowing, feeling, being, and doing in the work demands deeper levels of awareness and practice. While our public courses support people to develop fundamental mindsets and skills around this work, we know that many of you want to go deeper and we’re here to help.
Our team provides coaching and advisory support for leaders, funders, and facilitators of collaborative systems change.

Core Coaching Principles

01
Systematic Change
We recognize that lasting change requires a holistic approach encompassing external actions and inner transformation. Our coaching focuses on empowering individuals to effect systematic change by first addressing the underlying values, cultural norms, and mindsets that shape our actions.
02
Inner Work
Collaborative leadership begins internally. Our coaching guides participants through inner exploration, helping them understand and transcend limiting beliefs, unconscious biases, and emotional barriers that may hinder their growth and effectiveness.
03
Learning Through Action & Reflection
Theory without practice is incomplete, we must walk our talk. Our coaching emphasizes experiential learning, where participants engage in real-world projects and challenges to apply their newfound insights and skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
04
Collaborative Approach
No one can create change alone. We foster a culture of collaboration, where participants learn to leverage their peers' collective wisdom and diverse perspectives to tackle complex problems and drive meaningful change.
05
Awareness-Based Leadership
Leadership is not just about achieving goals; it's about influencing, inspiring and empowering others to reach their full potential. We equip participants with the tools and techniques to lead with authenticity, empathy, and integrity while fostering a culture of trust, respect, and mutual support.
06
The Power of Difference
Our differences hold power and are vital in achieving system change through leadership and collaboration efforts. Embracing diversity in all its forms is critical to solving our most complex human and environmental problems.
