Melissa (she/her) brings 20 years of business design, strategy, and financial management experience to
CoCreative. As Finance Lead, she oversees business accounting, financial forecasting, and analytics.
Prior to joining CoCreative, Melissa co-founded an award-winning worker-cooperative business in Berkeley, California. Over the years since supports many women-owned businesses, cooperative businesses, and innovative companies with her expertise in financial operations, analysis, and strategic growth

While, I love numbers, math and what motivates me is being part of teams that are building a better world we want to live in together.
Where else you’ll find Melissa:
You can find me in Northern California at the beach (maybe harvesting seaweed or attempting to surf) on a hike with friends, doing an imprecise and messy craft that often includes driftwood, and travelling with my family.
